Unreliable

This is my second time writing this review. Every time I try login in to PayPal here for the past month, I receive a message saying the server is down. I contacted PayPal and I was suppose to receive a follow up with a solution, 2weeks and 5 emails later , I still not heard any word. This is unreliable because PayPal here app is the only way you can process a card transaction. Now my customers cant be charged and I cant run my business.

You would think PayPal will have this fixed!
